Individuals are the way we categorize any person entering the ecosystem as an end-user of Hearo Assistive Technology. An Individual belongs to a Location, which belongs to a Company.

Each of these categories above, after being created, establishes itself in our software and remains as a unique identity within it.

To add a new Individual, simply navigate to the Individuals menu item at the top of the Hearo Remote Supports Dashboard.

Hearo Software Dashboard navigation to the Individuals category

From there, you will be presented with a list of Individuals that have already been created within your organization/Company.

At the top of this page, click the plus sign/Add Individual button to the left of the search box.

Adding an Individual to your list

A little window/modal will pop up for, asking for a bit of information like first and last name of the Individual in question.

Entering an Individual's information

Having already created a Location, necessarily, you can now choose the Location to which this Individual will be assigned.

You can choose to allow the Individual to receive direct/incoming calls from Users, which will typically be enabled whenever someone will be utilizing our Hearo tablet. You can leave unchecked, as this will be able to configured at a later time by revisiting this page.

Finally, you can choose which Users (anyone within your Company enjoying User Access) you would like to add to the Individual's Calling Tree on their tablet by choosing from the Users to Individuals button/list. During this process, you will be able to choose whether the User will be able to initiate and/or receive calls from the Individual's tablet or mobile application.
